While flying to the National Speakers Association conference last week. You have to be impressed with the view from the plane as it approaches the airport. You can see all the key monuments and landmarks. It really is quite breath-taking. Make sure you get a window seat on your next flight to DC!

Being from Minnesota, one hears all too many jokes about the cold and snow. But no one along the Eastern seaboard was making fun of Minnesota after the Blizzard of ’06. In fact, the NY Times travel section on that very day wrote a wonderful review of our town calling it “In the Frozen North, an Increasingly Cool City.”

We knew that a long time ago!
