Question: Who is the intended audience?
Answer: This book is written for children. Ages 4-8.
Q: What is the book about?
A: Sara’s family, David and Susan, along with one-year-old twins, Adam and Amanda, and their grandmother are going on a trip to San Francisco.
Sara has to stay home, this time. Sara has other plans, as she follows her family to the airport and onto the plane.
Sara is a cat with a mind of her own, as she embarks on her own San Francisco Adventure.
Q: Why are you the best person to write this book?
A: I am a published children’s author who enjoys writing about mischievous animals. I also enjoy reading and reviewing children’s books.
Q: How is this book different from other books on this topic?
A: Sara, the Pineapple Cat series of children’s books is unique, because each book is a new adventure with a different author and a different illustrator. This book is the fourth in the Pineapple Cat series.
Q: Is there anything else we should know about this book?
A: Each book in this series is beautifully written and illustrated. Sara, the Pineapple Cat will win your heart, as she goes on her many adventures. Your children will want to hear these stories again and again.
“After reading Stowaway, The San Francisco Adventures of Sara, the Pineapple Cat, to my four-year-old daughter, Mackensie, she pretended to be Sara for three days. ’Meow, I’m not Mackensie, my name is Sara’. We would like to read other books in the Pineapple Cat series.” Trisha Rouse
“After eleven-year-old Nicole read Stowaway to her two younger neighbor girls, Nicole commented: “That cat is so smart it should be on Jeopardy!“
Congrats, Jill, on this new book. A cat loose in San Francisco on an unexpected adventure! How sweet is that. The kids will love it. I’m sure the illustrations will be as charming and interesting AND FUN as the one in your RUG books.
Keep up the good work.
Fondly – Betty Dravis
