A: This book is a culmination of a fifteen year study drawing on real life examples from my ten years as a real estate attorney and five years as a mortgage planner. The findings from our real life study show that had most people implemented the strategies discussed in Mortgages: What You Need to Know they would have saved thousands of dollars which could have been re-directed towards long term financial goals.
